For this assignment I was able to create once again on canva, the free and convenient site that I have now been using to create my posters.
I have always cared for animals and it breaks my heart when they are left homeless or not adopted. Thus, I created my charity assignment for the SPCA.
I chose cats as my visual center piece as it reminds me when I adopted my cats, as they were the last of their litter (brother and sister), and nobody wanted them, so I adopted them both.
I also chose to include a cloudy background which I feel resonates with heaven or angels. I also chose a quote that characterizes most with pathos, as I felt every time I would watch an SPCA commercial on TV, I couldn’t stop the tears from flowing. It is a simplistic yet emotional poster.
